ʻELEʻELE, Kauaʻi — The Kauaʻi Department of Water announced an emergency water service shutdown on Melemele Road beginning at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, as crews work to repair a leak on a main waterline.
Water service is expected to be restored by approximately 5:30 p.m.
Residents and motorists in the area are advised to use caution while repair crews are working.
